How Our Programs Change Our Lives

Researchers have found that Meditation, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing can significantly affect hormones and neurotransmitters such as cortisol, dehydroepiandrostrone (DHEA), serotonin, melatonin and epinephrine (adrenaline) as well as they can change the structure of the brain

The hormone melatonin plays an important role in regulatin the sleeping-waking cycle.

Studies show that after these practices, the levels of melatonin are higher.

Decrease anxiety & depression

Depression and anxiety are often associated with low serotonin levels.

These practices increase the serotonin levels and these levels remain elevated throughout the day and night.
