All our Online Programs (Sound Healing, Meditation, Affirmation, Yoga Nidra) have been designed by professionals with almost 20 years of experience in the wellness sector. All the soundtracks have been created to entrain the brainwaves to achieve Alpha & Theta states, The use of headphones is mandatory for the Programs to be effective.

These programs are meant to start and finish in the estipulated time (7 days, 10 days, 21 days, etc). The moment you start with one of the programs, be sure that you would be available to complete it because the programs cannot be rescheduled.
In case you are unable to complete the program, the payment is not refundable.
